You can respond to customer reviews and complaints through BBB's online Response Portal. You can access it through your Accredited Business portal, or use the direct link below.

How do I add the BBB Seal to my website?

Here's how to install your BBB Accredited Business Dynamic Seal:

Go to bbb.org/account/login. Once logged in, click on Dynamic Seals under the BBB Seals and Gear section.

  1. Click on the seal you would like to feature
  2. Choose your seal format
  3. Click Select and copy the code to the seal you would like to feature online.
  4. With the code saved in your clipboard, you can paste into your web site. In some cases you may need to contact your website developer to install the html code on your site.
